If you are unable to receive verification codes, you can reset the phone number used for two-factor authentication (2FA).
To protect your account assets, after changing your phone number, withdrawals and quick trades will be temporarily suspended for 24 hours.
Below is the step-by-step guide to reset your phone number via DeepTradeX:
Step 1:
Log in to your DeepTradeX account, hover over the 【Profile】 icon, and click 【Security】.
Step 2:
Under【Security】, click 【Bind】 at the bottom right of the 【Phone Verification】 section.
Step 3:
Read the instructions in the pop-up window carefully.
Note: To protect your account assets, withdrawals and transfers will be disabled for 24 hours after changing your phone number.
Step 4:
Enter your new phone number and click 【Get Verification Code】. You will receive an SMS code. Enter the code.
Click 【Send】 for the email verification code. A verification email will be sent to your registered email address. Enter the email code and click 【Confirm】 to complete the binding.
