If you have lost access to your two-factor authentication (2FA) device and need to reset it, please follow the steps below.
To ensure account security, after resetting your 2FA device, functions such as withdrawals and transfers will be temporarily disabled for 24 hours.
Step 1:
Visit the DeepTradeX official website and click 【Log In】.
Step 2:
Enter your account email or phone number, then click 【Log In】.
Step 3:
In the 【Profile】 menu, select [Security] to access the security settings page.
Step 4:
On the security verification page, locate 【Google Authentication】, and click the 【Reset】button.
Step 5:
A pop-up window will appear. Carefully read the instructions, enter the 【current verification code】, and click 【Confirm】.

Step 6:
After clicking 【Confirm】, the unbinding process will be completed, and the page will return to the initial screen. If you need to rebind, please refer to "How to Create a Passkey for Your DeepTradeX Account".
