What is Passkey Verification?
Passkey Verification is a security feature designed to better protect your DeepTradeX account and assets. Once enabled, you will be required to use a passkey for verification when logging in or withdrawing funds.
How to Enable Passkey Verification?
Please note: If you enable Passkey Verification and lose access to your passkey, you will be unable to log in to your DeepTradeX account.
Step 1:
Log in to your DeepTradeX account, hover over the [Profile] icon, and click [Security].
Step 2:
Under [Security], click [Bind] in the 【Google Authentication】 section.
Step 3:
Open the 【Google Authenticator】 app, scan the QR code on the screen, enter the generated 6-digit 【verification code】, and back up your 【Google Secret Key】.
Step 4:
Click [Confirm] to complete the binding.
Important Notes
After enabling this feature, if you lose access to your passkey, you will be unable to log in to your DeepTradeX account. You should disable Passkey Verification before performing any of the following actions:
- Switching to a new mobile device
- Logging into a new iCloud account
- Changing passkey settings in your device’s system settings
- Reinstalling the DeepTradeX app
