If your identity verification application has been rejected, it may be due to the following reasons. Please take appropriate measures to correct the issues based on the reasons provided to ensure your resubmission meets the requirements.
1.Document-Related Issues
Rejection Reason | Description | Solution |
Invalid Document/Missing Information | The system detected inaccurate or missing personal details such as name, date of birth, or expiration date that are unclear. | Ensure the submitted name, date of birth, and expiration date information are clearly readable. Valid documents include international passports, national ID cards, driver's licenses, and residence permits (only accepted from specific countries/regions). |
Invalid Photo in Document | The uploaded document photo is blurry, cropped, or deliberately obscures identity information, or an unrelated photo was uploaded. | Ensure facial information on the ID document is clearly visible. Do not edit or crop photos, and ensure all four corners are clearly visible. |
Corrupted Document | Poor quality or corrupted uploaded file making information unidentifiable. | Ensure the uploaded file is complete and clearly visible without damage or missing parts. |
Non-Original File | The system detected screenshots, scanned copies, printed copies, or edited files, which are not accepted. | Ensure you upload original files. Do not edit or crop using image processing software (such as Photoshop). Upload files should be in original PDF or JPEG format. |
Black and White Document | The system detected the uploaded file is a black and white image, making effective information identification impossible. | Please upload color originals or screenshots to ensure file colors are authentic. |
Missing Document Pages | The uploaded file has missing pages or information, affecting identity verification. | Please re-upload complete file images, ensure all four corners are clearly visible, and provide both front and back photos of the document, ensuring all important information is complete. |
Expired Document | The uploaded ID document has expired and does not meet verification requirements. | Ensure the uploaded ID document is still within its validity period. Expired documents will not be accepted. |
File Size or Format Non-Compliant | The submitted file size is too large or the format is not supported. | Convert the file to platform-supported formats such as JPEG or PDF, and ensure file size meets platform requirements (usually cannot exceed specific size limits). |
Temporary Document Uploaded | Submitted temporary ID documents or unofficial documents that may not be accepted by the platform. | Use official long-term valid documents such as passports, ID cards, or driver's licenses for verification. Avoid using temporary documents. |
Modified or Altered Document | The submitted document was found to be modified, altered, or contains other illegal changes. | Ensure you submit unmodified original document photos. Avoid using any editing software or tools to modify the document. |
2.Personal Information Entry Issues
Rejection Reason | Description | Solution |
Missing Middle Name | The applicant did not fill in the complete name according to the ID document, passport, or driver's license, with the middle name missing. | When submitting identity verification, ensure you fill in the complete full name, including first name, last name, and middle name (if applicable). |
Full Name Language Different/Mismatched | The applicant entered the full name in a different language, with the name language on the ID document not matching the name language on the passport. | Ensure you enter the full name according to the language on your ID document, passport, or driver's license. Avoid using different languages. |
Document Information Mismatch | The submitted document information (such as name, date of birth, etc.) does not match platform records or other previously submitted information. | Ensure the submitted information completely matches the information displayed on your ID document. Any information inconsistency will result in verification failure. |

Rejection Reason | Description | Solution |
Does Not Meet Manual Review Requirements | During manual review, the applicant did not upload a photo holding their ID document. | Please upload a photo of yourself holding your ID card, passport, or driver's license, ensuring it meets platform requirements. |

When performing facial recognition, follow the instructions, avoid poor lighting, and ensure the system can successfully identify facial features. |
Invalid Selfie | The submitted facial recognition photo is blurry, poorly lit, or does not match the document photo, preventing system verification. | Ensure selfie photos are clear, well-lit, with no facial obstructions, and match the photo on your ID document.
