4.Upload ID Documents
Upload a valid identity document. Accepted documents include:

- Front side: Clear photo of the ID card main page or passport bio page
- Back side (if applicable): Required for ID cards
- No glare or blur; all details must be clearly visible
5.Complete Facial Recognition Verification
After uploading documents, click “Start Verification” to enable your camera. Follow the prompts:
- Position your face within the frame
- Perform slight movements (e.g., turn head or smile naturally)

6.Submit Verification Request
Review all entered information and uploaded documents, then click “Submit”. Your application will be reviewed by the DeepTradeX team.
7.Wait for Review Results
KYC review typically takes 30 minutes to 2 hours. Check the “Identity Verification” page for updates:
- If approved, you’ll receive a system notification, email, or SMS
- If rejected, reasons will be provided; resubmit with corrected information
