Below are common reasons for withdrawal failures on DeepTradeX and guidance on how to address them.
1. Why Haven’t My Funds Arrived After Withdrawing from DeepTradeX to Another Platform or Wallet?
Withdrawing funds from DeepTradeX to an external wallet or platform involves three key steps:
- Submitting the Withdrawal Request: You initiate the withdrawal on DeepTradeX.
- Blockchain Network Confirmation: The transaction is processed and confirmed on the blockchain.
- Funds Credited to the Destination: The funds arrive at the target wallet or platform.
Typically, the Transaction ID (TxID) is generated within 30–60 minutes, indicating that DeepTradeX has successfully broadcast the withdrawal transaction. However, the time for transaction completion depends on blockchain network congestion and the confirmation requirements of the destination platform or wallet.
Example: Suppose you withdraw 2 BTC from DeepTradeX to a personal wallet. After the withdrawal is approved, DeepTradeX creates and broadcasts the transaction. You can view the TxID in your withdrawal history on DeepTradeX, where the funds will remain in a pending state until confirmed by the blockchain network. For instance, if the destination platform or wallet requires two network confirmations, you must wait for those confirmations before the funds appear. Note that confirmation requirements vary across platforms and wallets, and network congestion may cause delays.
Remarks:
- If the blockchain explorer shows the transaction as unconfirmed, wait for the network to process it.
- If the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain but funds haven’t arrived, contact the destination platform or wallet’s support team.
- If no TxID is generated within 6 hours of initiating the withdrawal, contact DeepTradeX support with screenshots of the relevant transaction details for assistance.
2. How to Check the Transaction Status on the Blockchain?
Follow these steps to monitor the status of your withdrawal on the blockchain:
- Log in to your DeepTradeX account and navigate to the Assets or Transaction History page to locate your withdrawal record.
- If the Status column shows Under Review,”the transaction is undergoing system or manual review.
- If the Status column shows Processing, the transaction is awaiting blockchain confirmation.
- If the Status column shows Completed, click the Transaction ID to view detailed transaction information on the blockchain explorer.
Important Notes:
Ensure the destination platform or wallet supports the cryptocurrency and network used for the withdrawal. If unsure, verify with the destination platform or wallet before withdrawing to prevent loss of funds.
