- Missing or Incorrect Tag/Memo:Some cryptocurrencies (e.g., BNB, XLM, XRP) require a Tag, Memo, or Destination Tag for deposits. If missing or incorrect, the deposit may not be credited.
- Wrong Deposit Address:Entering an incorrect deposit address may result in loss of funds.
- Depositing Unlisted Tokens: Depositing tokens not supported by DeepTradeX or on an unsupported network may lead to failure or loss of assets.
- Deposit to Non-DeepTradeX Address:If tokens are sent to an address not owned by DeepTradeX, the transaction cannot be processed.
- Incorrect Blockchain Network:Using a network that does not match DeepTradeX’s supported networks (e.g., sending ERC-20 USDT to a TRC-20 address) will cause the deposit to fail.
- Below Minimum Deposit Amount:Deposits below the minimum required amount may not be credited.
- Network Delay or Congestion:Blockchain congestion may delay transaction confirmations and deposits.
Note on Recovery:
DeepTradeX generally does not recover assets lost due to user deposit errors. However, in cases of significant losses, we will provide assistance and necessary support (e.g., sharing TxID details, contacting recipient parties). Recovery is not guaranteed.
